OpenStreetMap Basic Training for Civil Society Organization

Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) Indonesia got a chance again to give training onOpenStreetMap. In this opportunity, HOT cooperate with  United Nation Office for the Coordination Human Affairs (UNOCHA) to held OpenStreetMap Basic Training for Civil Society Organization. There were various civil society organization invited as participants in this training. National Seminar and the Launch of Demographic Information and it Utilization for Disaster Management

Representatives from Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) Indonesia recently got an invitation to attend the Launching of Demographic Data and Information on Disaster Management in Indonesia. This event is result of cooperation between National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Statistics Indonesia (BPS), and supported by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA). The event was held on Wednesday, November 27th, 2013 at Borobudur hotel, Central Jakarta. The event was attended by entities related to demographic, humanitarian or disaster sector.
