Spatial data that is free, open and constantly updated is a critical resource in the various phases of disaster management, which map becomes an important method to visualize the basic information as well as to monitor changes after the disaster. Although our government can obtain spatial data, but sometimes the data is not available in rural areas typically prone to disaster.
