Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) merupakan organisasi non-profit internasional yang berfokus pada aksi kemanusiaan dan pengembangan kapasitas melalui pemetaan bebas terbuka, OpenStreetMap.
Pada tahun 2011, HOT memulai proyek di Indonesia (HOT Indonesia) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya data spasial untuk pengurangan risiko bencana di Indonesia dan membangun komunitas OpenStreetMap lokal.
Dalam rentang waktu 6 tahun, kami terus berupaya untuk memasyarakatkan penggunaan OpenStreetMap bagi seluruh kalangan masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan pelatihan dan pemetaan wilayah di seluruh Indonesia.
Tahun 2017, kami terus bergerak maju dengan mengembangkan entitas lokal bernama ‘Perkumpulan OpenStreetmap Indonesia’ atau POI. Dengan semangat yang sama, kami percaya POI dapat terus memasyarakatkan penggunaan data geospasial bebas terbuka untuk dapat digunakan dalam menjawab berbagai kebutuhan yang ada di masyarakat.
Adityo started his career in 2012 as a GIS Trainer at HOT. Adityo has expertise in capacity building using free and open-source software, curriculum and training module development, and participatory mapping with OpenStreetMap. Currently, Adityo is the chairman of the POI organization.
Harry has been working in humanitarian mapping activities since 2013 and as a Senior Program Manager, his responsibility is leading POI on creating strategic planning and development of organization activities to develop and support community project’s presence and reach in Indonesia.
Ika graduated from University of Indonesia majoring Accounting. Most of her working experience is to contribute to a non-profit organization. Ika hopes that through her role as Finance and Operations Manager, she can contribute positively in developing POI to a bigger organization in the future.
Tri Selasa Pagianti
Tri is the Training Manager at Perkumpulan OpenStreetMap Indonesia. She joined the team in 2017. Her main role is to manage and deliver GIS-related training, particularly OpenStreetMap. She loves travelling, listening to music, watching TV series and playing with her four-legged furry friends.
Sheila Amalia B.
Sheila has been joined HOT in 2016. Her main role is to provides technical support for HOT Indonesia programs, research, learn and implement new innovative technology solutions. She also supports HOT Indonesia in maintaining data analytics, Web-GIS, website, and server.
Dinar is a Project Associate at POI. For 4 years, Dinar has experience in leading the team to map OpenStreetMap road objects in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam area. If he is not checking the quality of the team mapping results, Dinar usually reads books on various topics or does sport.
Adhitya Dido Widyanto
Dido shifted his position as Communication Specialist, helping to spread knowledge more widely about the use of OpenStreetMap in Indonesia. For more than a year, Dido has managed to create some content in Bahasa Indonesia that talks about how OpenStreetMap can be a great mapping tool for free.
